Was referred to Albert Road dental by my own dentist to tackle an unruly tooth that had a root canal and was causing my dentist issues. Both Mike and Trudy were professional throughout and also made the time go extremely quickly with interesting and fun conversations, which was impressive considering I had to mumble the whole time as you know, dentistry. Didn't feel anything during the procedure and haven't felt any pain since. I was really appreciative of Mike making sure to tell me what he was doing at each step which took away the mystique of the whole process. Thanks for sorting out my tooth 👍 ~ NOVA S

I had a very good experience this morning. Unfortunately I had to have a rear tooth removed, nevertheless the Dentist - Manisha and Dental Nurse - Trudi both enabled me to understand what was going to happen and what was happening during the procedure. Of course with such a procedure I felt apprehensive when I arrived, the Dentist was new to me too. However I needn’t have been apprehensive at all as both were very friendly, comfortably chatted with me and quickly put me at my ease. Having attended the Practice for many many years now, enjoyed having lovely dentists and experienced many changes over those years. I wouldn’t recommend having a tooth removed !!! But I would recommend this Dental Practice ~ Sue B

This is my second visit to see Root Canal expert Mike Waplington. He is a genius who is not only a brilliant dentist but also someone who is very personable and able to give his patients total confidence in the treatment they receive. Throughout the whole procedure he tells you what he is doing, how it will feel, what the next steps are and what the outcome will be. He is efficient, skilful and ultimately professional. For specialist treatment I was more than happy the 40 miles. Highly recommended and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you to Mike and all at Albert Road Dental. Claire King ~ Claire K

When will you be open and when can I make an appointment ?

Hi Rosalie. Our re-opening is likely to be in three stages. The first stage will be a very limited ‘face to face’ emergency triage system with strict appointments and protocols. This will be a very limited capacity but we aim to start this on 15th June. The stage after this will allow for routine examinations but the date will depend upon national 1 to 5 risk scale and PPE availability. Hopefully this will be around the 1st July. If you have an urgent problem you can call one of the two emergency numbers on our website and speak directly to one on our dentists who will advise you. Reception will be able to take calls from 15th June but we will have much reduced staff levels. We shall post any updates or changes on the website. Thank you for your patience and keep well.
